First Order: Intended Target of Attack, the neck being attacked while Uke's head is being folded into it

Constrictions preformed by compressing the crown of Uke's head, into his neck. This is equivocal to the Can Opener, a Neck Crank, with the addition of Tori's embedded wrist to administer the strangulation. 

Most Guillotines and Neck Ties, fall into this Secondary Ordering. I find that neither offer a strong enough common thread to use as a grouping, and thus both are relegated to naming convention only.
